At Future Schools Trust we are committed to supporting the next generation of teachers and we are always happy to open our doors to students looking for work placement opportunities. We find that work placements allow students to get a feel for the teaching role whilst gaining practical experience working in an actual school setting. Work placements give students access not only to the teaching and learning experts in our schools, but also access to work with professionals such as our SENDCos, behaviour experts, and reward leads to help students to understand the strategic importance of these areas as well as have time to speak about their impact on daily school life. Many of our student placements have gone on to apply for roles within our trust and we are a proud sponsors of student placement opportunities.
